I started as a .NET developer on a payment platform. Later I ran R&D for Winamp and led engineering tribes at Worldline. Today, through PicsIT, I help teams organise, ship and grow, and I still write code.

Every mission starts with individual conversations. The real friction rarely shows up in the process chart.
Small, validated steps that the team owns, rather than a framework dropped on them.
Who decides what, and what comes first. Most delivery problems start there.
I have been on call, fixed production bugs and migrated platforms. I talk to developers as one of them.

From IT support to software direction, mostly in payments, media and industry. Each step added a layer: code, delivery, then teams of teams.
R&D and IT management, software direction, service delivery and agile coaching for development teams, plus web development projects. I bring the right profiles together and help teams deliver quality software.
Led the frontend, backend, mobile and desktop teams. Hired engineers, introduced an Agile and Scrum culture, and defined the way forward with the Product department.
Led the Acquirers and Cross Channel teams. Aligned roadmaps and cross-team projects with the other tribe leads, and set the strategy and means to meet roadmap deadlines.
Got development teams working toward shared deliveries. Followed the projects tied to the Ogone platform's migration to a newer stack, with a strong focus on the enablers of that migration.
Started in Platform Operations: investigation, bug fixing and 24/7 R&D support. Then joined the On Premise team to automate work for other departments and build platform features such as billing.
Built the tools that manage employee on- and off-boarding, and implemented and maintained information security.
The foundations: support, infrastructure and users. With a break to travel around Australia.
